Mix together well but gently and season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chop the Reblouchon cheese into 2cm chunks and place on top with the rind facing upwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake in oven at about 170-180 degrees celsius for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft and browning, and the cheese is bubbling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from oven and leave to rest for 10 minutes &#8211; important. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ENJOY WITH:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Can be served with steak or sausages and accompanied by a green salad and cold Rose wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Best served with a view of Mont Blanc!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tartiflette is a dish from Savoy in the French Alps and from Aosta Valley.
